Immediately adjacent are two of the most spectacular beaches on the planet – Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay, as well as endless hiking trails making for a nature lover’s paradise. Peter Bay is a gated community and is the most prestigious address on St. John.

Villa La Playa Layout
Villa La Playa boasts 4 master king bedrooms, all with large ensuite bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. One of the bedrooms is conveniently located on the ground level, adjacent to the living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor Loggia, whereas the remaining three bedrooms (one with adjoining nursery) are located on the second level above. The villa can accommodate 8 adults comfortably, more if the additional guests are children.

Below is a summary of policies. Full rental contract agreement policies are viewable upon booking.
- This is a non-smoking villa.
- A 12.5% USVI tax applies.
- A $600 cleaning fee applies.
- Cancellations: We will refund your deposit in full provided your cancellation is made via email, or letter, 90 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures.
- Full payment by credit card plus 5% credit card fee for reservations with arrival in the next 60 days.
- Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
- $2000 Refundable security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- No pets.
- Check-in after 3:00pm; Check-out before 10:00am.
